It's Tea Time

The weather is bringing the sunshine and cool breezes.  Many people have acquired their vaccine and are ready to tackle the great outdoors by way of a backyard barbeque.  Yes, it is time to fire up the grill and brew your best flavored iced tea.

Of course, there will be many drink options but if you want to keep it simple, economic, healthy, and flavorful.  I would suggest a great loose-leaf tea.  And yes, we have got you covered.

Now let us make a Cold Brew Tea!

You will need:

  1. Loose Leaf Tea – Check out our tea selection.
  2. Teaspoon
  3. Cheese Cloth
  4. Large Mason Jar w/seal
  5. Water

Add 1 teaspoon of tea to every 8 ounces of water.  Once you have added your tea and water (room temperature tap water is fine).  Then put the lid on, seal and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.  However, for optimum flavor you should allow 8 to 12 hours.  When done strain, sweeten as needed then serve with ice, lemon slices or whatever is your yummy add in.
