As we enter the year 2022 with great optimism, I want to remind you that 2021 was difficult but we not only made it through...we made a difference. With your help we were able to not only contribute to our immediate community, but we pushed ourselves to touch others around the world.
Yeht Company participated in a local auction to raise money for families at risk in Baltimore. Additionally, we assisted with micro-loans to 6 entrepreneurs across the globe and it includes locally in Baltimore MD.
Further we honed our soap, perfuming and cosmetic skills by joining the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild. This is a non-profit association supports artisans in a multitude of ways as well as educates the public about each area of specialty. Finally, we concluded the year by being formally welcomed into the "Made In Baltimore." organization. This group offers support through education and marketing opportunities to artisans/manufactures in Baltimore City. We are very excited about what's to come.
In conclusion, 2021 was a challenging year but hope and the spirit of fair trade can never be diminished.
